Echinacea Tincture 2 oz.
Echinacea is my number one ally during any cold/flu season or when I'm traveling. This magical herb works HARD for your immune system and since I started using her, I haven't gotten sick once from traveling and even if I felt I was starting to come down with a seasonal bug, I would immediately start using this herb every three hours along with my elderberry syrup and it honestly stopped the sickness in its tracks. Of course, sometimes our bodies need to go through the purge of illness to burn through things we are shedding and the process in itself is sacred. HOWEVER, sometimes a girl doesn't have the time or luxury to suffer within the alchemical hellscape of the flu. This is an extremely drying herb so I find that taking her longer than 7 days is not a good idea because as it turns out- our body really needs moisture for everything to work properly. But that being said, this herb is an excellent one to have in your cupboard for those emergent moments and even my daughter swore by it for her spring semester at college. It may be one of the things that got her through it aside from caffeine and sheer will.
