2. Products All products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of natural and organic ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches. These variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

4. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery We ship within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hieros Gamos Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including text, images, formulations, and branding — is the property of Hieros Gamos Apothecary and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Hieros Gamos Apothecary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
